About John Carroll
John was born, brought up and lived in war-torn Zimbabwe in southern Africa before emigrating to Australia in 1998. Through his career on 3 continents, he is or has been a soldier, student, marketer, advertising executive, trainer and workshop facilitator, business leader, entrepreneur, professional speaker, and is a published author.
John is currently Joint CEO Brand, Marketing and People of Omnicare Alliance, a large community impact organisation specialising in aged and disability care on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. A key component of John’s role is overseeing employee and customer experience.
